Results are not guaranteed since each individual is biologically unique and not everyone responds the same way to dietary supplements and creams. If you are using one of our cosmetics and you are not seeing desired results, there is a good chance that you do not need to use the product. For use as a vaginal moisturizer, apply externally only. This should be applied to the vulva of the vagina. Apply 1/4 a tsp of the Estro-Life cream to the vagina daily for 7 -10 days (10 for extreme cases of atrophy). Maintenance: Apply 2-3 times per week. Continued use is needed to maintain results. We recommend that the cream not be applied internally.
For all other uses, do not exceed 1 serving per day and rotate application among the inner wrists, face, neck, and abdomen. It has been shown that applying the cream to only one spot over time creates saturation of the area, possibly causing acne.
If you are using Estro-Life cream as a vaginal moisturizer AND other for other uses, do NOT exceed 1 serving per day. Once you are in the maintenance phase (applying vaginally 3-4 days/week), you may apply the cream to the other areas mentioned on the days that you do not apply vaginally.
Progesto-Life application depends on your stage of menopause. Postmenopausal women: Apply 1/4 teaspoon to chest, stomach, or abdomen twice daily for three weeks per calendar month. i.e. Day 1 - Day 14 for each calendar month. Premenopausal Women: Cycle from day 12 to 26 (day 1 is first day of period) by applying 1/2 teaspoon daily. Progesto-Life is best to be used at night. The creams are not meant to be mixed together and should be applied to different areas if you are using on the same day (as will happen 3 weeks out of the month).
Research has shown that estriol, which is found in our Estro-Life cream, can reduce the appearance of wrinkles, particularly "crows feet" around the eyes, and increase the smoothness of the skin. However, we do not recommend the application of Estro-life purely for the skin health benefits. For those taking Estro-life, we recommend rotating the area of application; therefore occasional application to the face is acceptable. Avoid daily facial application to avoid saturation and acne.

Our bodies produce three types of estrogen (estriol,
estradiol, and estrone). While they are all estrogen hormones, they vary in the
way that they interact with our bodies.
One of the main distinctions between these types is the
intensity of their effect. Estradiol and estrone are potent forms of estrogen,
while research would suggest that estriol is more mild by comparison. Estriol is also the most abundant
form of estrogen in the body, and most likely to be deficient during menopause.
We recommend that Estro-Life be applied in the morning and Progesto-Life be applied at night. This will also avoid application issues between the two creams if they are being used together, as we recommend.
The weather does have an impact on the consistency of our creams. Ideally, orders would be shipped in controlled temperatures, but dependent upon the truck used by the USPS, it can be transported in above room temperature compartments. However, the biggest issue during delivery is for an order to sit within a mailbox for an extended amount of time. We highly recommend following your order’s tracking information and retrieving it from your mailbox as soon as you can.
In regards to the effects high temperatures can have on our creams, the temperature does not affect the potency and effectiveness of the cream. The cream itself can become a little thinner and may need to be stirred with a wooden stick or Q-Tip then put in the refrigerator for 2 hrs to resettle to it’s original consistency. We recommend storing your cream(s) at room temperature or below and avoid touching the cream inside the jar with your hands.
